These billing terms govern all payments and transactions made through Brexmore. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following.

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Bank Transfer — bulk orders only; contact us for details


All transactions are processed in CAD.


Payment Processing

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received. If a payment is declined, the order will not be confirmed.


Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees — if any — are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.


Payment Security

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment gateways. Brexmore does not store or have access to your full payment details.


Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you have a billing concern, please contact us at info@brexmore.com before initiating a chargeback — we're happy to resolve issues directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.


Fraud Prevention

Brexmore reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional verification may be requested for high-value or flagged transactions.
