We want every Brexmore purchase to feel right in your home. If something isn't working for you, we make it straightforward to return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at [Support Email] with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our return process below.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Shipping
No Cost to You
We cover return shipping if your item arrives:
- Damaged by the carrier
- Defective or malfunctioning
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Customer-Paid Returns
If you're returning due to a change of mind — wrong size, no longer needed, or ordered by mistake — return shipping is at your cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Email us at info@brexmore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product. Contact us at [Support Email] and we'll take care of it.
Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, reach out to us at info@brexmore.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice, at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
